Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order any time before it gets shipped from our Warehouse. Ideally, orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of placement. However, please check the Order status before proceeding to cancel your Order.
Cancelling an order is not possible once the order is dispatched.
If the product received is damaged, we will take it back and refund the amount back to your account. Please share with us the Pictures / Video of the Damaged Product/Products while creating a request for cancellation.
In case of Order delivered to you, the Terms of Return Policy shall be applicable.
Refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the damaged product in our warehouse.
For orders with multiple items, you will not be able to cancel.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only in case of Damaged products or Wrong items delivered.
Return Requests in such case are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
In case of damaged / wrong item / wrong size delivered, we will initiate exchange & return pick up from the company side
In case of Size not fitting or if you have placed a Wrong product, the item can still be exchanged, while the return parcel needs to be sent by the customer at their own cost. Please send the return parcel to the below address:

Before sending the return product for exchange, pls raise a Return Request, with our Customer Support through email at stuchership@gmail.com or by whatsapp 6382306404.
We strongly recommend to review the size chart before ordering in order to avoid size mismatches or products not fitting.
The return products should be unused, neat and clean with tags intact.
