Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy:
- We will process refunds for all valid return requests once we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
- The refund amount may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
- Our Customer Support team will contact you to collect your bank details for processing the refund.
- Refunds will only be issued for damaged products, missing or incorrect items received.
Exchange Policy:
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Support via:

- Please provide the correct order details when submitting an exchange request.
- If you do not want a replacement, we will issue a voucher equal to the product’s value, redeemable within 3 months of issuance.
For smooth returns:
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please provide an unboxing video showing the package and its contents for quick and easy resolution.
Delivery Fee Deduction in Refunds
The refund will be processed after deducting a two way delivery charge of ₹150 from the total refund amount.
Right to Decline Refund
If a return request is found to be invalid or involves any fraudulent activity, Initials reserves the right to reject the refund. Further legal action may be taken if necessary.
